Modify Tremors II Recoil Action Kit for Front-Wired M4 Airsoft AEG Rifles

"Got the Tremors kit for my G&G GR16 R4. Intstallation was really easy and took about half an houre.

First shooting was with a 9,6v 3600mAh Batterypack and it was not really as good as i thought it would be. Than i tried my new 11,1v 2200mAh Lipo. Whit this the blowback was amazing. Have to say, that i use a Element torque motor in my G&G and in germany we are only allowed to shoot in semi.

Now i have shot nearly 500 BBs and it works fine.

"Siezed the motor in my brand new KWA SR10 and the battery started smoking after about 200 rounds.

Yes, I installed it correctly and checked and double checked clearences by moving the piston manually before firing.

Worked perfectly fine before the motor gave out. it does, however, give quite a nice kick, as advertized.

Note that in the installation videos, all they parts they use are made by modify. if your gearbox and pistion head are not Modify brand... you will most likely need a dremel tool OR a round metal file and a hacksaw at the very least. I had to widen the hole at the rear of the gearbox and cut the new screw you use to attatch the piston head to the piston down as it was too long for my KWA piston head.

Pros: It's totally awesome when u finally get to shoot it.

Cons: Most likely requires moderate to heavy modification to install.
Needs a high torque motor.
Expensive.
Adds quite a lot of weight to your gun.
The heavier your gun is, the less you will feel the recoil. As such, this probably works a lot better with plastic guns.

Warning: I would only recommend this if you have a dedicated high torque motor... and a good one at that. I assumed my KWA torque motor was "engineered to out perform" but... as of now, i'm shopping around for a new one.
