"Got mine in the mail and it's awesome looking. Took me a minute to figure out how to remove the top of the body thanks to the rear of the upper receiver having small lips that go into rear, make for a great design but looks like a flaw for quick breakdowns.
The look of the front body pin looked like it was pre-stripped so I had to be careful with removing it. It was a bit shiney around the edges so that's how I knew how it looked but it wasn't, just had to us a 3MM hexdrive to open it. Once removed it was easy to take it apart.
After removing the 3M tape and looking at the cool words, I noticed a spelling error. I've never heard of a Rararescue person in the Air Force. Kind of upset me being military myself.
Overall quality is excellent. I didn't feel any sharp edges so it's safe to handle with bare hands. I'm use to dealing with real steel and having some burs in the palms.

I bought this to get rid of the wobble in my Echo 1 DMR M16 so I'll find out after installing it.

The only real con is the Rararescue but that will not hurt the performance.

"True to that, but a full metal gun will have a "company logo" on it instead of a cool logo of your choice. Unless you get the G&P, their guns seem to have pretty cool logos.

$70 is a real bargain. In the old days we used to pay $200 for a metal body....

"Mine took me 4 hours to get the kit installed on my JG M16A4. I should have known that when you are dealing with metal parts, there are less space for error. I had problems getting the trigger pin and receiver bolts through because the mech box and receiver did not line up correctly. And then I noticed there's a rubber pad at the end of the receiver. After removing the rubber pad, they matched almost perfectly. Getting the pins through itself is also quite laborious - it took quite some hammering to get the job done.

To sum up, it's a nice kit for the money. But it took some patience to get the job done. No wonder some people said you might as well spend 300 dollars to get a full metal gun!
