"Recoil spring is very strong in my marui g17 and works flawlessly with a pgc slide kit.
The hammer spring on the other hand was good until it wasn't. I noticed while installing it that the end where it hits the hammer housing was very short and sure enough after about 100 rounds snapped off. I would recommend the recoil spring but not the hammer spring unless of course mine was a lemon and was cut too short.
Pros:
Very snappy recoil
Hits valve hard enough for propane

Cons:
Recoil spring: None!
Hammer spring: broke very easily. I would avoid

"I had just ordered this for my WE G18c seeing as it was compatible but, I quickly realized a slight problem. The front of the recoil spring guide is shaped differently than the stock spring guide end. It still functions but it tends to rest at a strange angle rather than straight. Not a huge deal but its something I would have liked to know, also I don't feel an extremely significant amount of recoil versus the stock spring. Either way not a terrible buy considering the low price but that's just my 2 cents.
