||This vest is made by Phantom Gear which means great quality, good double stitching and the 9 accessory pouches make this a great basic CIRAS replica. The foam plates are built in for stiffness, the Molle webbing is solid, and the bungie sling is a great addition can spread out the weight of even heavy AKs. I've played for a year in it now and it does keep you warm for night games but it still hot to use during the day. The lumbar and vest itself can be adjusted in the back panel with straps with alice holes. Just test it out and adjust as needed and then throw a zip tie through the holes and your solid. The Weigh sits on the middle and keeps your shoulders from being fatigued. Fells lighter but just as bulky as a real CIRAS vest, this is not good for high speed load outs but for longer games and operations. It's not very easy to crouch in or bend over. Can take high powered shots from say a sniper rifle but you won't be able to feel lower fps guns hit thevest sometimes sobe aware if your hits. Coversalot of your body from shots very well, double stack M4 pouches hold a single AK mag pretty well and even Condor Shotgun Holder in a single M4 pouch too.. I've added a shotgun scabbard on the back as a backup and you hardly feel it there the weigh it very even. All in all it's a great rig, I don't regret it a single day but I do wish the price was lower or itcame with a pouch that could hold a propane tank or motorola radio easier.
-Lots of Molle
-Even Weight distribution
-Lots of Pouches
-Great lumbar support
- Great replica CIRAS
-Good M4 pouches
-Sometimes too thick to feel hits
-A bit of a hassle to adjust, but good when it's set with a Zip tie
-Steel cable quick release doesn't do anything
-Would like better pouches like the description above said they would pack with it.
All inall a great vest if you can afford it. I'm 5'10" at 240lbs. and with a 40 inch chest and this was REALLY Loose so maybe try a Medium if your smaller.
