"i love this thing. so much potential! lots of features. i use this on my cyma 16a4 for 3 round burst. when using burst you must take your time to set up the right burst time because it has to be precise. if its off it wont be 3 round burst every time it might only be 2 because of gear ratios and motor armatures. if you take your time setting up the burst if thats what you're after, this will give your gun amazing functionality

"Relatively easy to install (enhanced), first time cracking open a gearbox and installing a mosfet. The settings are easy to navigate just follow the instructions on the PDF download. No noticeable trigger response but I know the trigger contacts will thank me lol. My gun was locking up on semi auto until I turned off smart trigger and now everything works great, I highly recommend this mosfet.

"It's just a bit bigger than expected but it was easy to wire in enhanced and double leads to the trigger contacts, first time breaking down the KWA RM4a1 and all went well. Menu is straight forward and setting the mosfet up is easy follow the downloadable manual and you should not have any problems. As for performance it functions very well, better than the stock contacts for sure a bit more snappy and crisp recoil is still strong on the gun and the motor does not heat up as much as many claim with AB on. Note I do have an ASG 18k motor in it so it is torquey. I recommend it.

"This is my 2nd Merf 3.2 Unit, I have used both in rear wired, deans, mil-spec buffer tube size on both my AR's. Most recently on on my EMG SAI GRY. Just like previously it helped dial in my ROF which I have set to 3 round burst/semi/safe for realism. You can fit this and a 7.4 stick lipo together inside a mil-spec buffer tube if your clever with the wiring without having to modify anything. In addition I later wired this to enhanced most via the two contact signal wired - also rear wired with deans.

"To start off, USE LITHIUM POLYMER BATTERIES AT YOUR OWN RISK. That being said, this is by far the best mosfet you could even DREAM of owning for under 100 bucks. This computerized mosfet does everything it says it does, perhaps even more. I absolutely love this little thing! I am currently running an A&K m249 mkII with this thing installed as well as an 11.1 2100mah 20c battery with this thing installed and i have to say, 23 rps is treating me pretty well.

Pros:
No arching on trigger contacts
Improves fire rate and trigger response
Has LiPo protection (cuts off electricity at certain voltages)
Has burst function

Cons:
It is rather large and may not fit in rear-wired guns (Just use an m249, it's worked for me :D

"Awesome little mosfet. Super easy to install, especially with a v3 gearbox. They include two different gate wires to actually connect to the gun so you could set up two guns if you really wanted to. Programming is very easy, you go on GATE's website and download the manual (it's a PDF) and everything is very clearly explained. Keep in mind that GATE is a Polish company so a couple of words get lost in translation, though.

Pros:
-Super easy installation, given you have a soldering iron. Sure, you could just plug it inline with your existing wiring but that completely defeats the purpose of getting this.
-Burst Fire is nice to have when you loan your gun to someone for the day. I never use it myself and that's because I burst fire in the full auto setting anyways. But if I'm worried about my friend pushing the gearbox too hard, I'll give him anywhere from a 3 to 5 round burst to play around with.
-Active Breaking: Its there. Can also be a con but I'll get to that later.

Cons:
-Active Breaking: It does not work well in conjunction with semi on my G36, and I'm assuming thats because of the way the trigger assembly works. V3 gearboxes have a tendency to lock up on semi as it is, and stopping the motor dead in its tracks when the cut-off lever disconnects the trigger contacts certainly doesn't help. However, on my Elite Force CQB M4, The active breaking is BEAUTIFUL.
- The supplied gate wires are reaaaaaaaally easy to pinch. Be careful.

All in all, it gets a 5 out of 5. It does exactly what it says it does, and at an affordable price as well. Easily one of the most functional mosfets out there for the price.

"Overall this is a very good programmable MOSFET for the price. However, I only gave it 4/5 stars because of it's size. If you plan on using this in an M4 style platform, you will most likely need a full stock or externally wire the battery.

Though it fits in the buffer tube, the amount of wiring needed to extend the MOSFET out the rear is substantial, then with the addition of the required fuse after the MOSFET board, you are looking at a very long wiring setup that makes it extremely hard to use a crane stock to house the battery. Another thing to note, is that the active breaking is quite heavy, and you are unable to turn it off. F

or me, I enjoy the active breaking as I am using a high speed setup where I use semi often, but does wear down the the trolley and ARL quicker. Again, very nice and affordable programmable MOSFET, but just keep in mind the size when making your purchase.
