"I bought the drop in system used the mags I got were leaking I took it apart and added Teflon tape to the threads of the magazines I bought a new magazine and did the same. No leaks and feeds good. Just don't leave the mags on the cold floor they won't shot if you do happened to me awhile ago.

"Problem resolved! To fix the leaks all you have to do Is take the mags apart (not too hard, there is a written tutorial online) and tighten the top or bottom o rings. Very simple!

"A must have for the G&G GBBR, mine of which I put a lot of work into making it a Noveske custom.

This mag is HEAVY (which I like) and I believe is supposed to weigh just as much as a real steel magazine when fully loaded, which is neat. Finish is alright, nothing special.

What I've noticed, for the GHK magazines is the jamming is a hit and miss. My first mag jammed a lot until I modded a spring guide below the spring to prevent it from slipping. My second mag never jams but I still plan to add modifications.

The feed lips are also a bit fragile and Evike does not sell them. But rest assured, there is aftermarket support for these magazine and feed lips are cheap.

I too have suffered from random leaks. So maintain your mags and they will be fine. GBBR's ARE NOT HEAVY MAINTENANCE. JUST TAKE CARE OF THEM AND THEY WILL BE FINE!!!

4* because I believe this kit and brand have a lot of potential. But still have a lot of kinks to work out.

Easy to disassemble
Easy to Maintain
Easy to modify
Finish feels nice
Made of steel

Paint finish is not that great. Scratches off easily

Plastic feed lip is a little fragile
Leaks randomly sometimes (TAKE CARE OF THE MAGS)

Nice when I first got them. Nice heavy, and durable looking. After dropping my plate carrier on accident onto the carpet all of my mags got MAJOR leaks. All four of them at once. I recommend to always leave some gas in the mag to maintain the seals. Not sure how to fix this issue. I think I need new o rings. Be careful with these mags.

"Definitely a must buy if you ever hope to do some real skirmishing with your GHK or G&G GBBR. Rugged robust and heavy. Much like anything related to GBBR's these magazines are temperamental and need constant maintenance such as oiling and leaving the magazines pressurized to maintain the seals. The mags in fact take 40 rounds but im assuming they are advising to load 30 to keep the feed springs from jamming. These mags also have a tendency to have random leaks so you better get used to taking these mags apart to diagnose the problem especially if you get the spring jammed. Buy em you will need them!

Reasonable price
Gas Efficient

Minor to major leaks
Hard to take apart
