Ok so first off I have to let everyone know even though the size says L/XL it will most likely only fit people that are a size M the reason for that its the collar of the shirt and the top part of the sleeves are made of a thick padded foam so it WILL NOT stretch like a normal shirt. I am 5'11 and im about 180 lbs my first time getting the shirt on took about 3 minutes and getting it off was more like 5 minutes, now it only takes about 20 seconds or so but like I said it will not stretch like a normal shirt but if you can get it on it feels really good its a little tight on the arms but its does a great job with air ventalation. I just want to say one last reminder I am a size L and it barely fits but once its on it looks and feels great

Will not strech on padded areas
