I usually wear 32" pants but at the smallest setting, I could not get this belt to snug up. It could be due to the fact that the adjustment velcro is a bungee material but it just seems like the belt is not as small as stated.
I was required to remove the buckle to fit the belt through the loops on my BDU pants. You have to undo a velcro to adjust the length, making it difficult, since you'd have to reach the back of the belt while it's looped through the pants. You cannot pre-adjust both ends because the buckle doesn't fit through the loops on the pants.
Other than that, great quality overall. It has molle all the way around and the material is stiff and because of this, I would not want to molle things on and off this belt. For the money, it is a good belt for the tough material and functionality. The camo pattern matches pretty well with my multicam Emerson BDU.
