The sling is very good. This compared to the MS3 is made of a wider material (so it doesn't dig into your neck as much), however they chose the standard braided nylon, whereas the MS2 sling is made of a silky nylon type fabric. The MS3 is definitely built to last compared to the MS2, but in my mind just isn't an improvement over the MS2 sling. The buckles/connectors/claws used to attach to the weapon are too hard to adjust, so trying to ditch the weapon in a hurry or transition the sling from a 1pt to a 2pt is much harder with the MS3 sling.
Pros:
Strong and built to last
More comfortable than the MS2 sling
Buckles seem more likely to last than the MS2 lobster claw connectors
Cons:
Buckles are slower and harder to use than the MS2 buckles
Build material is more abrasive than the silky MS2 material
Having used both slings, I prefer the MS2 personally. The buckles/connectors on the MS3 are just too hard to use.
This is a very good sling, just not perfect.
