Much better than stock spring guide. My P90 one was made of clear cheap plastic with bubbles and did not have a ball bearing. This allows the spring to move around while the piston is cycling which lowers the chances of a spring snapping. Also, due to the free movement of the spring it may help increase rate of fire due to less resistance. I think it's great! It fit in with no problems.
