This spring is pretty good. I couldn't seem to find an M170 spring for an L96 anywhere else that is from a U.S. retailer. In the description, it said that this spring is irregular pitched, but when I got it, it didn't look like an irregular pitch spring. After the spring broke in, I chrono'd my gun with a real chrono about 3 months after getting the spring. It chrono'd in at 450 fps max which confused me because I have the following upgrades in my L96:
madbull 6.03 Tightbore barrel
Laylax Piston and piston head
madbull red shark hop up bucking
metal spring guide
Angel custom m170 spring
With all these upgrades and an SP170 spring, I should have gotten at least 520 fps with 0.2g bbs. I finally came to two conclusions. 1)The spring wore out because it isn't irregular pitch 2)The madbull shark hop up bucking is leaking air)
Overall, this spring is pretty good. I would recommend this spring to anyone who wants an SP170 spring for their L96 that doesn't want to pay $25 for over-seas shipping.
