Date Added: Monday 04 March, 2013 I'm 6"2 180lbs this vest is a good solid vest, but alone for someone of my size it's too small length wise and not tight enough around the stomach area unless you have a bit of a gut lol I'd suggest teaming this up with some type of body armor for a tighter fit.
