Matrix Tri-Rail 1-4x24 Real Steel Rifle Scope with Long Eye Relief

"Very nice scope for the money. A bit on the large side though. Long eye relief, imo, is great for maintaining situational awareness, but it does make the scope pretty picky about finding a mounting point.

I use it on a rear sight mounted rail on my AK, and it's about perfect for that. But mounting on an M4 receiver will probably be too close, as well as on AK side-mounted or dust cover mounted rails. And mounting on an AK gas tube is probably impossible, as the scope is too long and it would be too long eye relief anyway.

Long-railed guns like SCARs, M14s, 416s, and continuous railed M4s should be good, though you may need a riser.

"Eye relief is reaaally long. Longer than I expected. So much so you could comfortably put this on a handgun. The side rails are great for other stuff, it looks super cool, and overall its a great scope. Excellent and relatively cheap. I mounted it on an AK, and the side rail mount is actually not far forward enough because the relief is too long. I don't recommend for AR without a raiser.

"I bought this scope for my hybrid AEG/DMR build. This scope is great. For the price there is nothing better. The scope has worked great on my gun. It allows me to do pretty tight cqb while being able to effectively spot out people in medium to long engagements. I will ist the pros and cons I found while I was using this scope.

Pros
-Build; Durable and nice
-Quality
-Rails on the scope for short range optics
-Price; for what you get the price is great
-Magnification adjustment; works well and very easy to one hand adjust on the field
-Clarity and focus
-Looks
-Illumination of the aiming cross
-Ability to use with or without battery
-Weight; durable but light

Cons
-Height; basically always needs a riser
-Size of the scope in diameter wise; pretty small so not really good peripheral vision
-Clamp; the clamp to attatch the scope on is pretty weak so the scope may slide if you do not tighten it
-Space; the knob on the adjustment wheel for magnification makes it hard to attach cqb sights on top of it
-Size; long for 1-4 scope, restricts space on the gun

Despite the cons, this is the BEST adjustable magnification scope that you can get for the price. Highly recommended for any AEG or DMR build. BUT NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SNIPERS. For snipers you need more than 4x magnification and also the scope as I stated above in diameter of eyepiece is too small for Sniping use.

"This scope is great for anyone wanting to use out in the field or long ranges. I use this with my APS AK209 and it just looks amazing.
The brightness levels are really nice and illuminate the cross hairs nicely. (Red/Green)
*I would recommend red for outdoor play*
The rails on the left hand side could be used for a light or laser. As for the top half, you could use a small red dot.
The eye relief is very long, so make sure you test it where you have a nice full field of vision before adding onto the rail.

Pros: tough, durable, brightness/colors are great, rails, and gives your gun a whole new look.
Cons: Long eye relief could be a problem for some, the scope is very long and takes up a lot of rail space. Would not recommend for CQB use.

"A great scope. I am using it on my G&G M16 mounted on a rail on the carry handle. The eye relief is perfect with a full stock. As soon as I shouldered the rifle, the crosshairs are exactly where need them. Adjusting is simple with since it uses knobs for zeroing in the scope. No real cons here.

"not sure why anyone hasnt reviewed this yet, but this is a very good scope, heres some pros and cons:

pros:
7 magnification levels: 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4
rails on each side
adjustment knobs are easy to use, u dont need to use your fingernail
eye relief is good
will fit any kind of 20mm rail because the screws on the scope dont have to be inside the notches on the rail of your gun

cons:
there isnt much space on the top rail to add another sight, unless its a small open-red dot sight
(although there is plenty of space on the left side rail for other attachments)
the scope is almost a foot long( doesnt bother me at all)

"This is a pretty good scope, especially for the price. Being a variable zoom, and also illuminated green and red with different brightness levels, it definitely suits me. I use this on my echo1 redstar csr, and the eye relief is definitely a work around issue, though with this and my mount as far forward as possible, this works flawlessly for it.

"I purchased the scope hoping for a somewhat decent "short dot" style optic. I got the product and was pleased with it externally. However when i tried mounting it onto my rifle and others rifles, it turned out the scope mounting base, which is not removable, was too wide to mount onto standard picatinny rails. Thus i had to put friction tape or electrical tape to even get it to stay on my rails. When they say long eye relief, they aren't kidding. i had to be a solid 8-12 inches depending on which zoom i was using to even get a somewhat decent and centered picture. And onto the scope lens itself. I'm sure mine was just a defected model, but my lense was offset slightly, rending the optic useless. I couldnt even try to use the optic to make accurate shots and resorted to taking it off completely and using a simple red dot. All in all i was unsatisfied with this product. Its not worth the $40 or $50 you'll spend.

Pros:
Good External Build
Tons of External Rail Space (Little Much but hey if you need it good)
Looks good
Decent for money

Cons:
Non removable rail base
Rail mount too large to actually mount
Eye-relief TOO LONG
Offset scope lens (manufacturer defect im assuming)
