I believe this gearbox is the factory Army Armament lower gearbox assembly. Overtime, wear and tear (from desert battles) tore apart my lower (and upper) gearbox for my Army L85 and I needed to replace my lower gearbox. This served as an excellent replacement, mirroring the performance of when I took my L85 out of it's box. It has all wires attached and it fit perfectly.
WARNING: if you have had the blowback problems associated with the Army L85, replacing the lower gearbox will NOT help. See about getting a new piston (I highly suggest the CNC SR-25 length piston which I also bought)
