"If this is your first AEG gun, i would highly recommend this gun. I got it about a week ago and it is amazing. This gun is very accurate and has some good FPS. The bipod comes in handy for picking off some longer shots because this gun is heavy. Although this gun is made of mostly ABS plastic, it still is heavy. The parts that are metal are the sights, the bipod, the gearbox of course, the magazine, and the flash hider feels like metal. The battery goes into the back of the butt stock which also adds some additinol weight to the gun, lol. The amount of time for a full charge on the battery that it comes with takes about 7 hours. Im not sure how long it actually stays charged, but it seems like quite a while. The magazine locks in just like an AK47 and comes with a winding key although you can still wind this magazine from the bottom. The bipod will be a bit wobbley when you take it out of the box, but its supposed to do that. If you dont like it, all's you have to do is tighten the screw. The hop-up needs just a little time to warm up, but after that everything is good. Just so everyone knows, the battery DOES NOT come fully charged. I learned that the hard way during my first skirmish with this gun, lol. Semi Auto/Full Auto and of course saftey but sometimes the full auto becomes stuck and drains all of your ammo. That doesnt happen to frequently thank god, lol. As long as you take care of this gun, you will have it for quite some time. Again i highly recommend this gun and i hope this review answered any questions someone might have. Happy Airsofting, lol.

"i bought this gun with 3 xtra mags, smart charger, 9.6V 36oo mAH, m120 spring, anda matrix 470mm 6.035 tite bore barrel. (i also bought 20000 rds f bbsbcause it has a very high rate of fire)

THIS TURNED OUT TO BE THE BEST INVESTMENT INTO AIRSOFT IVE EVER MADE AND I HAVE A SAW!!!

This gun is very good for support, but u mite want a barrel mag 4it. it has a large site radious (srry cant spell) which means that it is more accurate. with all of those upgrades it fires 450fps andi sware to god i hit a target 5 out of 7 times at 105 YARDS, thats 315 ft which is better thana sniper. i wish this scale wentup higher. i would giveit a million and 1.

"Just got this gun and really nothing bad to say about it. I agree it is more around 385 fps and it is scary accurate.

"The gearbox is full metal with better than CA and Marui parts. The body is ABS but for $135 there is plenty of room in your wallet for a metal body. It is a reliable gearbox pre-upgraded shooting 360+ out of the box (Compare to 330 fps on Classic Army and 290 on Marui)

Would get a 9.6V battery for this gun.

"Well built with excellent range and accuracy. 385 fps with very high ROF. Plastic body is well made and not a big negative when compared to similar metal body guns. Highly recomended.

"Very accurate rifle ( making it a good trade-off for not being a compact gun). Wish we can see more G3 on the field soon now that JG released this monster. Tired of all the M4 and AK.... = )

For Nolan,

Version 2 gearbox wiring are easy to fix if you are ever to have any issues. Contact an Evike.com tech support if you are not sure what to replace. MP5 gearbox actually have the same wiring to the front or back unlike the M4. So its easy to find out which part of the wire is disconnected if you are sure its the wire.

"i just bought this and im very impressed the range is amazing and the accuracy is very good also the bipod helps alot in battle and ive been able to eliminate many other players in a battle with it i highly reccomend getting this. the only con of this gun is the lenth many people cant hold it correctly because its actual size but its perfect for me and anyone else who is big.

"i got this gun. oh god yes its great. at first it might seem to be long but also useing a sniper, the gun dosen't seem as long. its great for shooting throw the brush, and has a nice long reach on it. hands down its a great gun and will hold its own on the field... just it likes to eat BBS like theres no tomarrow so have alot of them cause the high rate of fire is great.

"Haven't been able to test in a game yet, but from what I have done I can say that I like it. The plastic is sturdy and it fires well. The only problem I have is the two bolts that hold the stock on are missing, but it stays in pretty well even with them missing.

"Okay so this gun and I have been through a bit. I originally bought this gun as a project gun as it was on sale but I ran into problems that were probably my fault but things like the gearbox locking up or bbs just rolling out of the barrel were issues that I saw as soon as I brought to its first game. I ended up upgrading the gun to a more balance build that was pretty cheap considering. I got to chrono this gun and it was shooting a real low 250 fps with a .25 and that was not acceptable for woodland games so I got a full cylinder or an 0 type as the one that comes with this gun as a pretty large port which under-volumes the length of the barrel so that was the first replacement and I got a huge fps boost. (around 70 fps). I then got a madbull m120, classic army high torque, shs 16:1 gears, madbull 445mm 6.03 barrel, g&p piston as the jg one broke which caused the gearbox lock up and other problems probably from the battery I was using. I also got maple leaf bucking and nub and corrected aoe and perfectly shimmed it and got a perfect air seal so now it shoots 395-401 fps with no hop up and with hop up I get 385-390 as expected. Please do not use 11.1 lipos as this does not have a mosfet. I only use a 7.4v which is totally fine for me at least as this is a longevity build. It shoots 700rpm which is pretty close to the real thing but that is pretty slow but totally fine for me. If you wanna have a gun to use out of the box then I wouldn't really recommend this, but its an easy gun to work with and upgrade.

"I've had it for a couple years now, and it's pretty fun. Gets heavy after a little while. Bipod on it does come loose very easily, and ended up losing a screw, and had to replace it. I got a long eye relief scope for it as well, and it's also marvelous for the gun. Only complaint I have is the hi-cap mag it comes with. As much as I appreciate the 400 rnd. magazine, I would much rather have 2 or 3 mid-cap mags because the hi ones are so noisy when running and trying to be ever so slightly sneaky. All in all, this is a good gun, and highly recommend.
