Ok I ordered some packs and they come in a nice sampler bag. Some were a dark red and the others were a nasty light scarlet red like the stock ones that come with the sd87. Now the first thing I noticed about the stock-looking ones was that not unlike the stock ones, they spit out the bb's. Now, seeing this problem, I planned to immediately call customer support the next day. I promtly did, and as expected the wait wasn't terrible. I told the guy that the stopper at the top of my shotgun shell mag wasn't working and it spat out the bb's everytime. He told me to wait a second and i did. I was on hold for only 30 seconds when he told me that as a courtesey, he would have a new pack of shells shipped immediately for free. This just proves the great support of Evike's hard working cus-support employee's.
