When the o-rings go, you can easily find replacements at your local hardware store.

It's just sourcing other parts that's the tricky thing with these... but it has the build quality to last for a long time, so I'm not concerned.

The shell is all metal as you would expect with diffuse anodized aluminum that looks sick af.

As for anyone interested: it doesn't say it can use C02 and while it doesn't say it can, it also doesn't say it cant.
In my testing with the 2 i purchased they CAN but only up to about 500 psi, at 600 its quite a loud pop and BB's go over 80 feet with energy to spare!. (However, know that i blew an internal O-ring above 650psi...)
This is an easy fix and disassembly is simple: just don't lose any of the 3 ball bearings, pop a new O-ring, add some silicon oil and you are ready to over kill again. But you will have to source your own o-rings as i found out they don't sell-repair kits for the version III specifically.

pros:
+ Metal and feels good in the hand.
+ 120 round BB shower feels good to shoot.
+ C02 works, just not officially supported or recommended.
cons:
- No currently available repair kits for version III

"TBH, King arms is hit or miss.
This thig is constructed well, It feels like a brick...
... but the central O-ring is dogcrap. Right out of the packaging.

I suggest buying a pack of replacements from your local hardware store and be prepared to change them often.
