Love this body.
Dropped a Matrix SPR kit and a Magpul PTS UBR stock along with a gearbox I upgraded to about 490 w/ .2s and It makes a sick DMR.
To answer and compatibility questions, G&P bodies are for TM spec gearboxes.
G&P Bodies will NOT work with KWA, ICS, APS, Javelin or any G&G gearbox with blowback.
Pros:
-Zombies will fear you
-It is a G&P, Amazing quality
-Comes with all the bells and whistles for a body, especially the external parts (Except the mag catch and bolt catch) Just provide your own motor grip, RIS/handguard, and buttstock assembly (bolt catch and mag catch also)
-Again, very high quality, Had mine at least a year before writing this.
Cons:
-Only major problem I have with this kit is that zombies dont like being around me. When the apocalypse comes, I have a feeling they wont attack me, and I wont get to shoot any (JK...)
-No mag catch included
-No bolt catch? G&P, WHY?
-G&P hopups arent like super amazing. Get a new bucking, included G&P one doesn't give that much backspin
Either way:
-As per G&P standard, the magazine well is a bit on the wider side. Stick with PMags and you will be fine.
If you have this body and your magazines a loose, a strip or 2 of duct tape on the inside of the magwell will solve your feeding issues.
-Budget players may not see the sense in paying $115 for a body when they can get another cheaper rifle for the same price, but if you have played awhile, it is worth it.
Overall this is a great body, totally worth it. Comes with almost all the parts needed for a rifle build.

Great body!! Good finish, everything fits TIGHT (so tight it's a pain to put together, but at least nothing shakes). The only problem I have is that the locking mechanism for the dust cover is ALOT larger than the stock one, so it wont close, also the hole to access the hop up is smaller than the stock one so I cant use my stock dust cover either. Other than that, evrything went in great!!
I haven't had a problem with mag's feeding in this body at all. There is a tiny bit more wiggle room in this mag well, but it's not too bad.

Yup! It will fit a KWA M4. And pretty much all the Marui compatible M4 out there. JG / Echo1 / DBOY ....ect

Yes it will work on a ECHO 1 M4/M16 varient. The kit comes with a new hopup to replace the 2 piece plastic one on the E1/JG. You will not need a new outer barrel. Obviously this guy bought one w/o a hop up and I don't know why he would need a different outer barrel.
This info is from first had experience of putting together, and assembling to an ECHO 1 M4A1.

NO, it does not work on any echo 1 m16/m4 variant. its hard to explain, but the only way to make it work is to get a new hop up system and outer barrel. I had to learn this the hard way unfortunately

I have a question about this Metal Body...would work on a Echo1 M4A1?
cause I have plans on on buying a Echo1 in the near future and I'd rather not have a crappy ABS body. and would it come with a instruction manual?
