"Really solid quality and with it being a lighter material won't make your replica feel unwieldy. Bought it for my Bizon but it has ended up on my F2000 as the color matches perfectly.

"First, yes, its 14mm negative and it dose include the (not shown) spring/metal rod tab that the real steal can use.
The spring and rod goes in the front sight post so it interlocks with the semi circle cut outs on the actual flash hider. I can 100% confirm that it works with the Cyma cm42. (the old style milled+vented gas block Tokyo Marui clone ) I'm not sure about any other brand or model.
The paint can scratch petty easy, and the aluminum malform if you use gnarly pliers to get the danged thing on there. It did take a bit of effort to get on there, I don't think its coming off.
If you really want the most historically accurate old school Russian AK47 you need this flash hider. Don't settle for a AKM slant, even though its make more sense then this weird ineffective lumpy ring. :P
lastly I really have to praise Evike and Matrix for selling this in the first place, let alone so affordable. Good luck even finding another site selling it for less then 40 BUCKS!

"I got this brake for my ak, and it threaded on just fine. However, the real muzzle nut used for aks isn't as thick as this one, and it kind of stands out more than it should. Mine also came in dark grey instead of black as I had hoped, but the description says to look out for that.
Pros:
-Threads perfectly fine with 14mm ccw
-metal

-Grey instead of black(might've just been mine.)
-Too thick(I couldn't fit my bayonet over it)

"So...it fits a 14mm- thread. It even hid all the thread on a AK with a relatively large amount of threading. Unfortunately, I was expecting a black thread protector and got grey.
