"This is the most complete grease set you can get. It comes with gel lube for cylinder grease (it will not eat your o-ring), Bearing grease which is just low viscosity grease and Cylinder grease, which I believe, but am not positive is white lithium grease, but each grease has its purpouse and does it well.
