Date Added: Tuesday 13 March, 2012 This barrel is good solid aluminum construction, and finished with a flat black that is not easy to scratch. If your looking for a sold black barrel, this one comes with an orange plastic tip that requires some modification, like always to get off. The barrel is installed on my Kj works military m9 and it looks great... only problem is its alittle long on the back and has to be filed down to fit flush and the inner barrel isnt long enough to reach the end so its a bit wobbely. other than that its a great spare barrel if yours broke or your looking for a better finish, id rate it a 4 out of 5 because of how much i had to do to get it to fit perfectly. You can swap your orange tipped one on and off easily (in about 30 seconds). A great buy and a must have if you shoot films like I do. Submited By: Andy P. It hasn't caused any problems with my gun and definitely adds some nice weight to your pistol. All other parts easily connected to this outer barrel, and the feel of it is quite nice.
