"I ordered this scope about 2 weeks ago and received it yesterday. As soon as i got it i stuck it on my UTG L96 and calibrated it. After about twenty minutes of messing around with the scope i could hit a small flower pot from about 100 yds away. Over all this is a great scope. For some reason mine is different than the one in the picture tho. It came with a built in self lighting system that lights up the reticle. All in all buy this scope it's awesome.

"This is an excellent scope! Let's start off with: it is actually a hunting scope, as you can tell by the box. Because of that, you know it is reliable, and is all metal. And the scope comes with a little bit of goodies: Scope Lens protectors, the flip-up ones. They're not cheap either, hard plastic white and yellow. It goes from 3 times magnification to 9x, much more than needed in airsoft, but still excellent to have. It also has the MOA tick marks on each side of the reticle lines, 4 of them (if you don't know what these are, don't worry.)
So, here's a short summation:

All metal
Scope Rings and lens covers included!
3-9x Magnification, awesome
MOA tick marks
Picture is so clear

The yellow lens cover (back) might get you spotted while in-game.

"This is the Best scope for all airsoft guns (unless your looking for a red dot for an assault rifle). The best magnification for airsoft is 3x for lowest and the highest you would ever need is 6x (unless u have the VFC M82a1 because that will need 9x. By far the best scope you will ever need.

"dammit buy this scope youll love it! i love it so you will as well. this will fit on all RIS rails like on m4s m14s m16s etc. but you do have to jiggle it on a little bit and then screw it in. theres not problem with it at all its just that the mount is high profile (not the problem) and it is a tight fit which is good but you wont be able to put it on in mid of game( why would you anyways....) the retract is AWESOME. very clear. now here it comes the CON. the CON is that the lens protectors that it gives you for FREE which can be TAKEN OFF breaks in 1 shot. i was playing with it and blamo! NOOOOO it broke and it looked so sweet on it too. but watever you can just take it off no problem. i think it matches its price 100% youll love it a lot dont get those illuminated scopes that cost so freakin much. this will be enough for outdoor or indoor cqb (which is pretty dumb but i feel a sniper in a cqb map is cool)

"I got this scope with my BAR10. Feels like a real steel scope (I think it is) and is very clear. Also came with a cleaning cloth. A very good buy!

"This is a very useful scope to have for your rifle especially for any type of shooting under 200 feet. The 2-9x40 adjustment / range is perfect for Airsoft. The scope is a real steel scope and the quality is perfect. Aluminum tube with very clear lens. Scope mount ring included. A recommend buy.

"Good enough scope. It has enough zoom to be a practical add-on to a sniper rifle and zeroing is pretty easy on a day with little wind. I like that it doesn't require batteries and you can just pick it up and go snipe.

"This is an excellent scope for people on a budget. It works very well, and only has a couple minor drawbacks.

The Positive
This is very easy to attach to an airsoft gun with the regular slotted rails. The mounts are separate from the actual scope, meaning you can rotate the scope in the mounts if you want. Once the clamps are screwed down tight, the scope will not rotate at all. It is very stable. This also gives you some freedom to make them closer together or farther apart. If you have a very short rail, you will probably be able to fit this on it. I like to have the mounts farther apart for additional stability.
The zoom on this is very smooth, and has just the right amount of resistance. This makes it very easy to get the exact magnification/focus you want.
Mine came with transparent scope covers, which I absolutely love. I have gotten ambushed by other players a few times, and being able to shoot with the covers closed has already saved my lens from some nasty hits.
The adjustment on this scope is very sensitive, in a good way. When zeroing it in, you need to turn the adjusting screws a TON to see any major change in the adjustment. This means you can make very very small changes to it to get it pinpoint accurate at range. To new players, I suggest zooming the scope in all the way before adjusting it. Then it will be accurate at any magnification.

The Negative
The adjusters on the scope aren't the high end kind you can just turn using your hand. They are a flathead screw that is covered by a screw-on cap. This means you can't make adjustments in the field easily. You need to have a screwdriver, penny, keys, or decent fingernails to adjust it. This usually isn't an issue if you do a good job zeroing it in before a game, but if you drop your gun in game and knock the adjustment out, it takes several precious minutes to get it zeroed in again.
As with just about any scope cover, the covers on this can't take too serious punishment. To be fair, I was ambushed at close range. There were probably 15 yards between me and my attacker. It took at least one hit and kept on going, but a later hit finally cracked it in half, and part of the cover fell off and got lost. However, it isn't difficult to order replacement covers. I just have a hard time finding transparent ones.

Overall, 4/5. This was well worth what I paid for it.

1) Nicely built
2)3-9 zoom
3) Looks aweome on my L96

1) Lens cover is weak.
2) Hoped for the adjust knobs to be functioning (Not screw the top off and adjust w/ a screwdriver).

Overall it's a great scope for both beginer and pro snipers. I recomed buying it if you can't afford a better scope.

"Really good scope for the money, I've owned it since March 2011 and has served me really well. There is really nothing wrong with it except for one thing, the flip up lens covers sometimes flip off my scope, has happened to me more than once but an easy fix with some electric tape for them to stay on.

-Inexpensive scope that is built to last
-3x-9x zoom come in handy for spotting
-Looks good on my L96A1

-Flip lens cover come off if flipped too hard

"Excellent scope for the price. The lense covers aren't exactly appealing but I sprayed the entire thing matte tan so it doesn't really matter in my case.

-Easy to adjust
-Good eye relief
-All metal

-Lens covers are weirdly coloured and stand out way too much
-The rear lens cover seems as if its almost too small

"This isn't a bad little scope. My only complaint is that the corss hairs are a little out of focus at closer ranges.

Easy to adjust (flathead screwdriver)
All metal
Comes with rings

Slightly unfocused
The rings it came with were too low to fit on my AUG, so I have to get higher ones. Not too big a problem, they're not expensive
