These definitely feel sturdy, but dang...whatever paint coating they put on these makes them EXTREMELY hard to shim. The axles are just a tiny bit too thick to fit in the bearings, so they required a bit of sanding. Otherwise they feel sturdy, I'm sure tehy could handle a 450 fps spring (If you're motor can handle it).
