this protects the neck well but you can barely move your head when its on. so I definitely would not get this. you could make a better one with just house hold materials you could simply wrap a comfortable cloth around your neck, or this website has a special cloth called a "Shemagh" and if you go to the previous page and scroll down a bit you can find quite a few, me and most of my team have them and there great.
