this magazine works well if you know how to operate it properly. it doesn't come with any instructions on how to do so either. You have to go to the companies website and look at a PDF file to figure it out, and that's not too hard i guess. DO NOT FILL THE LEFT DRUM, i think it can cause the inner gears to break eventually, and causes frequent jams. the right drum with the spring loaded feeding paddle is the only one that needs to be loaded, as well as the top compartment.
It does add a bit of weight if you load it to capacity, but its manageable if youre not a panzy. Mine is broken now anyways, dont leave the magazine out in the rain with the back side up. It seems to allow water inside the casing and onto the motor, or the battery pack. Mine stopped working after i left it out dunno why for sure.
bottom line, take good care of it, and it will take good care of you!
