Does this stop discharging after a your battery is drained or do you have to watch out for it?

Webmaster: A discharger will completely discharge your NiCd battery pack. You won't have to monitor it.

Never discharge your NiMh pack or Lipoly pack.
NiMh battery pack are "no memory" packs that you should just charge full with a smart charger.
Lipoly CANNOT be discharged completely or it will catch on fire.

OMG! Lipoly battery are only to be used with LIPOLY chargers!

Besides, this is for NiCd battery packs ONLY.

NiMh and lipoly does not require discharge because they don't have memory.

Otherwise, this is the best discharger out there for what it is meant to do.

do NOT use this with a lipoly battery!

i learned that lesson the hard way now theres a big black spot on my lawn (it catches on fire and explodes)

Discharges batteries quickly and efficiently. However, it gets really hot really fast, so keep it in someplace where you know it won't burn something. A must have for airsofters.

Discharges my NiCD battery and my NiMH battery quickly and easily, well worth it as you know your batteries are fully discharged so you can fully charge them, this is a needed item for any airsofter
