"better then the Valken. I noticed only 1/3 of my valken bb would glow, so I asked my local shop to order these for me. Ran them thru my G & G tracer unit, and booom. Perfect. Light up nice and bright. 100% of the BB. Felt pretty good and shot well as well. For some reason I squeeze all my BB with pliers before using, and they held up same as Elite Force tracer if not better.

I recommend these for tracers. Great product.

"Great "OTHER COLOR" in additional to the green! Me and my group had a night game, semi-automatic, with these bbs being the sole way of distinguishing which side you are on and boy it was awesome!!

The green tracers are brighter than the red, but there are definitely pro and con to both. I can't wait for Matrix to release blue color tracers!!

"Of all the different brands of tracer BB's I've had the best experience with Matrix. They feed great, they have a nice smooth finish. They fly straight, and they are definitely the brightest tracer I have ever used. They show up great on camera

"The Good:
It actually comes out as a pretty bright red/orange, and has a pretty consistent flight path. I haven't had any issues with these BBs so far.

The Bad:
None

The Ugly:
They shatter on impact normally. To me that doesn't scream high quality. I wish Evike sold a Heavier weight bb.

"Bought these along with the Eagle Force tracer unit. They worked great. We play in an old school house that is now a makeshift CQB field with lots of dark rooms. They light up a decent area around them as they travel as well. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with how well these turned out.

"These tracer BBs are great. They are beautiful at night. I have not tested them in the day time yet. During night they are a very bright red/orange color, and I can see them from an acre away. I prefer seeing this color over green. Red is my personal taste. I have always seen real tracer rounds in that color so that was the cause of my decision to get Red. Although I did not fire them yet in day light I did drop a few through my Xcortech tracer silencer and they showed up pretty bright. Exactly how far they would remain visible under the same conditions I do not know. In conclusion I like what I am seeing in low light-night environments.

"Bright Tracers!

0.12g: you mix these with your regular bbs for cost efficient
0.20g: for 350 FPS and under.
0.25g: for 350 FPS and more.

I fire these using the Matrix tracer unit and it is super cool, something you must try.

Besides the light show, tracer units are used by real military units for tactical advantages.

It allows you to see where you are shooting in the dark / at night. (For this purpose, mix 30% tracer rounds with your regular bb.)

"These are the best glow in the dark bbs you can get!!

Love them! They are like fire-works at night that is none-hazardous.

Don't ever get the Tokyo Marui ones that are 10 times the price!

"Model: .20
Type: Tracer BB's
Manufacturer: Matrix
Retailer: www.evike.com
Price: $9.99 (1000rnds) , $12.99 (2000 rnds) , $29.99 (5000 rnds)
SKU: 20NGBB1000 20NGBB2000 20NGBB1000

The purchase

Well, night games are getting more intense in the area that I play in. So, I picked up a G&G
tracer mag. Then, I needed ammo. I looked around at different sites and prices. At a wopp-
ing approx. $15.00 + shipping for 650 rnds from Tokyo Marui, I started to wonder how I could
possibly afford to have much fun with my tracer mag. Then I, by luck, came across the deal
Evike has on Matrix .20 tracer rounds for a meager $29.99 and my spirits lifted. Next problem,
I had never even heard of Matrix, much less ever used any of their rounds before. In a world
full of shotty, easy shatter rounds poised to jam barrels and destroy hop-ups, I wondered what
kind of a chance I was taking with my brand new GR300. I read the Evike write up that accom-
panies the ad and saw that they boast a perfectly round 5.98 diameter and a high quality BB.
Matrix seems to be kind of the "new kid on the block" when it comes to quality rounds, though,
so I was still a little leary. So, hurtin for rounds and financially constrained I took the preverbial
"leap of faith".

The proof is in the pudding

The moment the rounds arrived I wanted to load em and fire em. But daylight and a dead 8.4
battery decided differently. Finally, the next night arrives and it was time to play. Loaded my
mag and headed over to a teammate's property to test em out. Right off the bat I was impre-
ssed. The rounds were plenty bright enough to be seen on semi and, thus far, no jams or
oddly firing rounds. Next test, full auto. Again, I was happy to have no jams or wild rounds.
I moved on to firing on hard target at about 10-15 feet to see how solid the construction was.
I immediately noticed that ,rather than shattering, the rounds ricocheted off and , though
obviously deformed, were still intact. This is what I'd come to expect of Marui and Excel rounds,
so I was pleased and felt I'd made the right choice. In all, I have easily expended around 1000
of these rounds with not one problem. Moreover, I am recommending them for my entire team
,as well as, to the event production company that I am a part of for all of our "After Dark"
events.

Conclusion

5 out of 5 stars. The quality of these rounds pales only in comparison to the affordable price.
I am so impressed that I will be using Matrix brand for all of my field BB's from here forward.
My only complaint is that there are not more colors of the tracer rounds available from Matrix.
Hopefully, those will be coming soon. :)

Thank you, again, for taking the time to read one of my reviews. Hope it's helped you.
