"I've had this helmet for 2 years and it weighs pretty close to the real MICH or PASGT. It will wear down overtime and the stickers inside where the pads stick too will wear down over time but that's an easy fix. You do need to tighten the screws where the 4 point chinstrap is and I would recommend using a wrench to do that. Also a small marpat desert/woodland helmet cover fits perfectly but takes a bit of time to put on.

good weight
comfortable with the pads
decent life time to it

wears down over time especially the chin strap
helmet cover can be difficult to put on if you don't have the right tools
while in the prone position it may obstruct your field of view while aiming down sights

"This helmet is amazing!!! It fits really well and my head is tiny. It's adjustable and is really comfortable. Also the material its made out of is extremely durable and realistic. Plus you look like a BAMF with googles and a balaclava like I do. No problems except that my strap was sewn on backwards and feels slighty uncomfortable and you can't run fast with it on. Overall amazing helmet!!!!! Buy it!!!

"I only purchased this helmet fairly recently, but in the time I've had to mess around with it, I've had mixed feelings about it. I've been looking for a solid ballistic-style replica helmet, and for $40, I thought it was hard to go wrong with this. Well, at least for me, apparently it wasn't that hard to go wrong.

- Sits around my head very well; other helmets sit on top
- Comfortable interior padding
- Fairly lightweight

- Rear nape pad gets in the way of donning the helmet (it is removable, though)
- Chinstrap is impossible to center comfortably; adjusting the strap to center the chin piece makes one side rest extremely high and uneven, and adjusting the strap to even out the sides puts the chin piece annoyingly far off to the side.

Overall, while I think the shell is a decent piece, the chinstrap suspension is the major downside for this helmet. The strap system it comes with as standard is rather aggravating for me, but I like to have my headwear sit nice and even, so it's probably just a personal con. If you're looking at this helmet, be aware of that chinstrap system.

"i'm use to my real service MICH, so this thing's a piece of junk in comparison, but for 35 bucks it's exactly what i had in mind, and is PERFECT for airsoft. though i would recomend getting a better chin strap. 3/5

"A decent MICH replica, though the padding and sizing is a bit lacking. For those with small heads (like myself), it's not very comfortable and without customization, it's impossible to remedy this problem. Not to mention, it will only make your head look smaller.

But for those doing Army Infantry impressions on a budget, this is the answer.
