"I just received this the other day in the mail. When i went to put it on my MP5, i noticed the tabs inside (like the other reviewers talked about) were in the way. I was apprehensive about putting a file to it to sand them down, but i'm glad i did because after they were sanded, it fit quite well. The grip is solid, the flashlight is very bright, and overall i'm happy with the purchase!

"Love this Flashlight. Bright, decently priced, easy to use, and looks oper8or. The cons are slightly annoying. Some MP5's such as the G&G will require you to sand the tabs like the other guy said. You can't use this with most suppressors or flash hiders, and also the light isn't really centered where you aim, and you can't fix it, which is REALLY annoying.

"G&P makes great flashlights and this is no exception. Overall Great buy!

Good quality Materials
Bright light (180-200Lumens)
Easy Battery Change
Large pressure switch

Will not work with Birdcage or Suppressor
Some modification required to fit some MP5 models (Remove small tabs inside)
weak lens will crack quickly from BB impact.

"I love this light! The material that is used is very strong and durable. its definatley worth the investment. It actually fits my JG MP5 better than the stock hand guard.

"Good product, very bright and comes with a battery which is nice but if you have a g&g mod5 like me then you will have to do a little modification there are two little tabs on the inside in the back and rather than carefully sanding them down i suggest just lighting them on fire which melts the plastic, and then cut them off that way its much easier

"Bought this for my G&G Blowback MP5 sportline. Great quality, hanguard is made of a nice polymer (not cheap abs), flashlight looks to be made of aluminum, came with a Cr123a battery (battery install is easy). Pressure switch is nice, but takes a little more pressure to engage that i would like. I had some issues fitting it on my G&G MP5, had to sand down the two tabs on the inside, and then it fit on, but still not a perfect fit, but not a big deal at all it works fine. The led is infact a Cree Q5 type emitter, and looks to be at least outputing 200 lumens (probably running around 2-3 watts) with a great hotspot and decent spill. It can shine a good 150 yards or more and easily light a room. Also, it basically makes using a mock suppressor impossible in most cases (i was able to make it work) because the flashlight sits so close to the outer barrel. Overall i think this is great for $50.

Great quality (no surprise coming from G&P)
Pressure switch is good for tactical situations
Very Bright Cree Emitter, 200+ lumens (blows away other mp5 handguard flashlights)
Easily blinds opponents

Req'd some modifications to fit my G&G Mp5
Pressure switch takes a bit of pressure to keep activated

If you want a bright flashlight for your mp5, and that tactical navy/swat mp5 look, get this, naowww!
