"My best friend andy got this for his birthday and I got one as well. I have to say this gun is a PERFECT beginner sniper. Besides the weight being 15 pounds exact, its performance is remarkable. For its price its the BEST sniper for beginner or people looking for an inexpensive sniper that owns the battlefield.

I give it a 7/5 :D

"Ryan, there is a "forum" for that. Upper link, click on forum and ask all the questions you need to know there. Very useful forum to find out everything you need. Don't write your questions as reviews.

This EBR is a very good deal. The entire gun weights over 13 lbs and its dead accurate. M14 internal so its easy to work on. LOTS OF DETAIL. WOW LOTS OF DETAIL on this gun. Cannot believe it is $150.

"Yes, this AEG comes with battery and charger. it is a very nice rifle for those looking for an EBR. You no longer need to spend $1000 on a EBR.

"This gun COMES WITH BATTERY. It is a very heavy gun, but other than being heavy, there is nothing to complain about this gun. It is a superb rifle!

"The $220 version is the echo1 one that is the same as this gun. Kart is the original manufacture. It come with EBR type battery and charger.

"From all the other websites that i have seen this gun on it comes with a 9.6v battery (knum chuck style) and a charger. But on all the other website i've seen it the price has been about $220. Why is this one so cheap??!! that is what i'm trying to figure out. but from all the research that i have done on this gun it looks to be a beast.

P.S. there is a lot of videos of this gun on youtube. check em out.

"this gun comes with everything you need unless you dont buy the scope and bipod. i really recommend the bipod this guns way to heavy! i love it for the price though. its good accuracy and yet i have found no cons to it but its heavy and putting the battery in is kinda werid cause it requires screws. very good sniper weapon cause it goes full auto. i really want you ppl to get this gun its cheap and good accuracy. but its very heavy and it comes with sling battery, charger, and necessary screwdrivers

"I used this gun now it has a few issues it's super heavy but made.of.metal battery on the EBR stock is weird the rail closet to the rear sight came loose but it is accurate and fun but overall cost to performance is not great

"I have mixed feelings about this gun... while this imitation feels almost like the real thing in ever aspect... I can't help but feel the rifle is a little lacking in the Q.A. department. So far every game the grip and stock have become loose, requiring me to take it apart and put it back together. The design clearly was built in a way to cut costs, as the stock and handle are secured with only one nut each and no washers. I'm trying to see if lock-tight will solve the issue if not I think I will just JB weld the thing, but out of the Box the rifle really needs to be docked a point for it lower then expected durability. Everything else about the rifle is fine, and I'm happy with it save this one issue.

"Love the gun. Accurate, reliable, hefty.
One problem:
The stock
the EBR stock WILL come loose, not might, will.
It's not too difficult to disassemble and tighten the screw, but you shouldn't have to in the first place.
There's a great disassembly guide on Imgur that details how to open it up, and once you get the gearbox/barrel/motor assembly out of the lower frame, the small philips screw that holds in the stock is easy enough to access.
Personally i used a screw locking compound to hopefully make sure it wont come loose again.

Beyond that one problem, i love the gun, it's great. very upgradable too.

"Not a bad piece, my only complaint is it's pretty loose. The rear rail segment by the rear iron sight rattles as does the piece that would be the gas system on a real steel under the barrel wobbles like crazy. Other than that it's decent.

"The gun shoots lasers out of the box, hop-up is really easy to adjust and everything feels really solid. The one downside of it is that it is REALLY front heavy, make sure to use a sling with this.

"I got one of the Crane stock rifles in a BoA a couple years ago and it is one of my most reliable guns by far. CYMA has a reputation for building guns that are nigh-indestructible and this holds true for the M14. This isn't my favorite platform by far but I wouldn't give this gun up for the world.

Pros
-Metal chassis is absolutely rock solid down to the adjustable iron sights
-Gearbox is a tank, no failures whatsoever after ~10 events
-Hopup is easy to access without any tools (though since it is in the magwell you DO have to remove the mag to adjust it)
-Lots of real estate for rail attachments on all sides.

Cons
-Pistol grip and stock have a bad habit of wobbling due to loosening screws, easy fix with screwdrivers and some threadlock
-FPS is weak for a DMR, mine is considered an AR on the field; presumably an easy fix with a new spring,
-Mags have issues feeding sometimes; requires me to fire my gun upside-down to fix; presumably just a weak mag spring and probably fixed by using different brand mags.
-H E A V Y. Such a big gun being almost all metal means this thing is going wear you down if you're running around with it. Even just lugging it around the staging area before a game gets uncomfortable. Get a sling.
-No threads on the barrel as far as I can tell.

"This was my first airsoft gun. I bought it about 6 months ago and I can still say I don't regret getting it. Overall this gun is great, it has a slight left curve at range but that's easy to adjust for. Not recommended for younger or weaker people (it's heavy!).

Additonal Items to make it better:
11.1 Lipo battery (use at own risk, it could fry your motor)
.32 BBs (really helps with long range accuracy)
Bipod (you'll thank me after one hour of hauling this around)
Scope (I use a 3-9X50 Rifle Scope)
Foregrip (the gun is front heavy and the front end is wide and awkward to hold at times)

Pros:
Asthetics (I get compliments every time I bring it out)
Accuracy (I can hit a sheet of notebook paper from about 150-200 feet)
260-270 fps with .32's (falls within most fields joule limit, might be a con for some)
About 20 rps in full auto (can easily lay down cover fire if needed)
Easy to adjust Hop Up (small dial located in the mag well can be adjusted with a mag loaded in)
EBR stock and cheek rest are adjustable (so many choices of how to set it up)

Cons:
HEAVY! (mine weighs in at about 15lbs with all the attachments)
Recommended battery is weak and gun will lock up with it (7.4 lipo is recommended but I often ran into a trigger lock up issue until I switched to 11.1)
Mags tend to fall out easily (the mag release is right in front of the trigger and it only takes a light bump to drop the mag)
Mock Peq box battery (This is just my personal opinion I'm not a fan of the front wired setup, that's what you get for having an ebr stock instead of a crane stock)

TLDR:
Great Gun, Looks Awesome, Heavy

"Got the silver one and I must say it is a solid gun and looks beautiful. It has a good trigger response running on a 9.6 on semi automatic. This EBR feels much better than the JG / 6mm Pro Shop EBR. The gun is fairly accurate running .28 gram bbs. While I don't care for the location of the hop up, I love how it clicks while adjusting it. The quality of this EBR is very good for the price you pay! Just so everyone is aware, I found that the included PEQ box fits a standard 9.6v mini brick battery. I would recommend that you pick up some sort of a fore grip and some mid cap magazines for it. Winding the high cap can be difficult and uncomfortable because of the unbalanced weight. It really does run well, only upgrade you may want is a tightbore barrel.
