Matrix M18A1 Remote Control Activated Claymore Airsoft Anti-Personel Mine

"I bought this claymore and I got a broken one. the safety pin is jammed so it won't cone out. I followed the broken english instruction which didn't even tell you how to open it so I YouTube it to see if I was doing it wrong. I pulled the safety pin as in the instruction a d everyone pulled it out no problem but my key ring got stretched out and the safety pin won't come out. I recieved a broken product.
