WinGun Mosin-Nagant M44 Carbine Co2 Powered Bolt Action Rifle w/ Realistic Imitation Wood Furniture
The Mosin–Nagant (Russian: Винтовка Мосина, ISO 9: Vintovka Mosina) is a bolt-action, internal magazine-fed, military rifle invented under the government commission by Russian and Belgian inventors, and used by the armed forces of the Russian Empire, the Soviet Union and various other nations. Introduced in 1944 as an update to the M38 Carbine, the M44 featured a shortened barrel and stock intended to be used by non-front-line troops such as combat engineers and artillerymen. The biggest difference between the M38 and M44 is the modified forearm for a permanently mounted cruciform bayonet that folds away when not in use.The WinGun M44 Carbine is a high quality, beautiful replica made with realistic feeling imitation wood furniture and metal. The action is ultra smooth with a removable magazine that houses both the Co2 cartridges and BB's. The rifle features a working bolt safety as well as a folding metal cruciform bayonet.Caution:
Skirmishing or transporting the rifle with the metal bayonet deployed can be dangerous. We advise to keep bayonet folded while rifle is in use. Buyer assumes full responsibility.

"Bought the rifle almost a year ago and was surprised with the quality, the texture of the fake wood has fooled a few of my friends. It hold steady at around 460fps with a .30g BB (560 with a .20), so you should check with your field before you bring it anywhere. The metal bayonet is nice quality, but should only be used for reenactment purposes since you can injure someone with it. Something I noticed on mine is that the screw on the back of the bolt will come unscrewed every now and then and prevent the gun from releasing any gas, so be sure to tighten it after every match. Overall great gun, especially if you are into WWII reenactments or if you go to Lion Claws events as it's well within their sniper limits. I advise .32 or .36 gram BBs if shooting beyond 150 feet because the .30s start to rise at this point.
Power (great for large scale operations such as Lion Claws events)
Range (will go 150+ feet with ease)
Metal bayonet (looks great, sturdy)
Gas efficiency (100+ shots per CO2 cartridge)
Smooth bolt handling
Fake wood quality (almost impossible to tell without reading the website description)
You don't even need to pull the bolt back, just lift and lower
Power (exceeds power limits of most fields)
Bolt screw needs to be tightened fairly often
Metal bayonet (can't use it in a game)
Mags are a bit expensive for some people (I just carry speedloaders and extra CO2 on me to offset this, just reload the mags when you are hit and returning to your spawn point or when you hit a quiet point in a game)
Overall 4/5 stars mainly because the bolt screw needs to be tightened after almost every game and occasionally reassembled, otherwise perfect rifle and I would definitely recommend this to more experienced snipers looking to step up their game or just looking for a unique platform to use
"Fantastic rifle and replica! The whole gun is heavy and almost totally solid. The faux wood is actually surprisingly realistic in both look and texture. The metal parts are beefy and feel very solid and durable. When mine came, the bolt had a fair amount of grease (not too excessive, but notable) and the bolt cycled extremely smoothly! The bayonet looks great and locks solidly into place when deployed.
Because it shoots so hot and has a fixed hop-up, it might not be ideal for skirmishing or could be rejected on some airsoft fields. The rear part of the bolt is somewhat loose after you pull the trigger (will not fall off, just slightly loose). Pulling the safety too hard sometimes turns the bolt unintentionally since the bolt seems (a little too) easy to turn. I don't find these minor flaws deal breaking at all, at least not for me. The smooth trigger pull is neither light nor too heavy, but, unlike real firearms I've shot, there isn't a clean trigger break (if you're seriously into real rifle shooting).
If you want a great "collectors piece" or want to do some plinking, this Mosin-Nagant is a winner. The build quality and finish is superb/outstanding/phenomenal. Cycling and shooting the gun is smooth and enjoyable. The flaws I mentioned above only matter to the very nitpicky. It looks, feels, and functions fantastically and I think it's totally worth the money if you can afford one. Kudos, WG!
"This is probably the best of the airsoft military bolt action reproduction rifles on the market. It looks and handles just like the real thing, and I own one. The metal parts are strong , and made of steel where they need to be. The plastic wood stock looks quite realistic . The CO2 action and magazine are simple in design, and look as though they'll hold up for a while. The hop up mechanism is fixed, but this gun shots straight and hard at 200 feet straight from the box. It definitely prefers heavier BB's , and does best with 0.40's ; I'm now looking for 0.42's.
The WinGun M44 blows away the KingArms/Red Fire Mosin m91/30 for less money, and I'm buying a second one for insurance or customizing ( new inner barrel, attempt at turning into longer model with King Arms parts etc....) .
My grandfather served in the Russian Army in WW I. I always wanted a Mosin lookalike I could shot at home without shaking up the neighborhood, and this gun just about does it !
