"I use this for my m27 iar and it looks great and works as expected. The only bad thing is if you try to spring the legs out while it is pointed up it won't lock. It's not a big deal and I don't think people will be trying that anyway
"I used this on my WELL L96 sniper. Very nice, installation was pretty easy, and I've repurposed the universal mount for another gun. Spring tension for me was extremely satisfactory, and the unit as a whole, is very sturdy. The only con I have, is the mechanism for extending the legs is a little unreliable, but there's ways you can fix that. All in all, I give this five stars because I can repurpose the universal mount.
"Used on: Tokyo Marui VSR-10.
This is a pretty sturdy bipod. It's rock solid. However, it smells. The smell of the rubber actually is overwhelming. I washed the bipod in soapy water before putting it on my gun. Also, the main body of this bipod is made from aluminum and the edges are not very good. It was cut very poorly. Another thing I don't like is the two springs for the legs are incredibly stiff. I have to take my time and be careful because I worry if I deploy or retract the bipod too fast, it will snap my Harris nub off my gun. The springs rub against the hex screws when the legs are deployed and retracted. I was honestly debating on used rubber bands instead of these springs because they are just too strong. But this bipod fits snug to the base of my gun with minimal wobble, so that's a plus. Adjusting the height of the bipod is easy and straight forward. No complaints about that.
Overall it's an okay bipod. The spring tension and fabrication of the bipod knock off two stars for me. Washing the bipod helped with the smell so that's all good. Other than that, it does help with accuracy and it's nice for when I have to do maintenance on my gun.
