*This item is dedicated for the movie prop usage and collectors. Due to the design, slight user modification / tweaking will be required to launch an Airsoft 40mm gas bb grenade shell just like the deepfire version.
The M72 Light Anti-Tank Weapon (LAW) is a light weight, man-portable, one shot anti-armor system designed to give the infantry soldier a knock out punch to defeat light armor vehicles.
Avenger Airsoft has managed to accurately recreate the famous Vietnam-era anti-armor weapon for safe use with airsoft scenarios. Powered by a single 40mm gas grenade, the launcher is capable of launching a shower of BBs for an anti-infantry "canister round" effect or it can launch a single 57mm foam ball/rocket for use in scenario play where vehicles and bunkers can be tagged inoperable by use of man-portable artillery. The reload able launcher arms and fires just like the real M72 by disengaging the safety pin, pulling the launchers tube out to release the auto flip out sights and then with a squeeze of the trigger you will let loose the power and fury of this intimidating weapon.
- One of a kind! Great for skirmishing, military re-enactments, or as a conversation starter as an accurate to life display piece.
- Utilizes standard 40mm M203 gas shells
- Can either shoot a BB shower or 57mm foam projectiles
- Flip up sights
- Ultra realistic replica

"So I have the actual deep fire version and since it looks like they copied and pasted deep fires stats I'm going to assume this is just a rebrand. I will shed some light on my version if it helps anyone else. The thing is heavy and has a good feel to it. The Cary strap feels and looks like it's gonna break soon but I'll just use some para chord to fix it. So far the only shells that I've tested are the one it comes with, Swiss arms (a king arms rebrand where I'm at) and a dboys grenade bought from another site. The dboys one was the only one that didn't work with it. I'll be buying and trying different shells in the future. When trying to fire this thing, it gets a little hectic. EVERY LITTLE THING must align exactly. It feels like you're gonna rip off the back just to get it fully extended. You have to really press down on the trigger to get it to fire. If it didn't fire then you must collapse it, mess around with the inner tube where the grenade is housed, extend it again and pray it works. I'm giving it a 3/5 solely on the fact of practicality. The looks of it is fantastic and when it wants to work it's truly amazing. But when all of your buddies are relying on it to take out something, you still have that 50/50 chance of it not firing.
"Just picked up this baby up and i love it already. Does not come with foam balls or 40mm shell just the launcher. No modification needed to fire a 40mm, dont know why it would.
Pros: metal, long barrel for range, compact, its a m72 law!!!!
Cons: huge orange tip, doesn't lock tube properly still works fine without it being properly locked, safety pin fall off very easily so watch out for it, back sight is cheap plastic but it gets the job done
Recommend getting deepfire V1 shell due to high air capacity....best used with nerf rockets or the v1 paper rockets
