"I have two of these pistols, both of which came from the boneyard with faulty gas nozzles. The first being not included and the second a 1st generation nozzle (red) which happily wasted several CO2 cartridges before I finally figured out it wasn't the magazine causing the issue. Second generation gas nozzles (green) are better made in my opinion with better gas flow. Both guns kick like mules and give two full 25+1 magazines before consuming all fireable gas. Near the end of a CO2 cartridge, the gun will not cycle all the way providing a ultra quite side arm that must be racked each time. This typically happens to me on the 3rd reload of a magazine about one third into the magazine. As for the lower receiver, it's all one piece with good texturing and conformity to the hand. The slide is metal and of good quality. The precision barrel aids in the accuracy of the gun which I found to quite consistent. Basically pull the slid off the gun, pull of the guide rod, then the barrel. Next the gas nozzle housing and rear sight comes out by unscrewing a phillips head screw. From there, the nozzle housing and nozzle itself can be removed leaving nothing but the slide. Very easy gun to work on, maintain, and clean. As for factory lube I have no comment for both my guns were purchased from the boneyard although I've heard several youtubers remark that it was a little heavy, silicon oil, or (if you're poor like me), chain lubricant for bicycles will do nicely. The smoother the action is the better. The first pistol I received would sometimes return only halfway after firing, lube fixed the issue though. I'd recommend not dropping the magazines on the ground as the plastic end cap will be forced to slip off as a result of the angle they attach. Crossman CO2 cartridges (tend to be slightly larger than most) fit in all the magazines I have received, even with the first generation mag base cap that has a screw located on the inside next to the puncturing pin. Second generation mag bases have a sort of metal ring around the pin to aid in puncturing the CO2. Careful not to back the silver inner piece out too far of the mag base as the ring around the pin will break however the magazine should still have a good seal and not affect the functionality (guess how I learned that one :P). Magazines are pricey at about 21$+ although for good reason. The magazine accounts for nearly half the weight in the gun balancing the unit quite nicely. Overall APS has made a solid, accurate, fairly inexpensive not-a-glock which I would definitely buy a third. The manufactures website APS conception carries all the individual parts needed for repair of the ACP lineup and sell the gun at 85 U.S. dollars, however if you purchase at evike it ships within the U.S. of A. instead of overseas. Plus you get an extra magazine with free shipping qualification on the order. This gun is a steal, highly cost effective. "Good gun while it worked. Seem to be saying that a lot with APS. I could actually out range AEGs with this using .28 elite for bios(WHATS IN YOUR MAG?!) and using Tippmann CO2. The gun never locked back on the final shot and all of the models are gas hogs. A mag and a half MAYBE two of you're lucky. Lots of recoil for a small gun. The gun now does even go far enough to cycle. More than a .22 for sure. I can actually feel it in my traps. Would I buy again? I would to see if it worked well. If evike has a comment to help me that'd be great. "I got this gun and one of the mags worked fine the second mag came broken and the co2 cartilages didn't even go in then I bought smaller ones and it still doesn't work Read More Reviews Write a Review

APS ACP Full Metal CO2 Powered Airsoft GBB Gas Blowback Pistol with Extra Magazine - Dark Earth
The new and improved APS ACP follows the same design direction as the previous ACP to bring you a high quality, high performance pistol at competitive pricing. Powered by .12g Co2 cartridges, the ACP offers a crisp and powerful blow back action with superb accuracy thanks in part to the improved compression from the patented APS Co2 system.
Some of the changes made to the pistol from popular request include replacing the blaze orange outer barrel with a matte black outer barrel. Issues with early models and difficult to insert Co2 cartridges have been addressed and now all pistols come with a magazine tool for easy loading of Co2 cartridges.
A stabilizer has been added to the barrel to further secure the barrel and dampen vibration. The additional stabilizer greatly improves consistency of BB groupings on target.
For improved durability of the pistol, a special polymer used in the manufacturing of real polymer framed handguns has been utilized to mold the frame of the ACP. This makes for a very robust and realistic feeling replica.
