"This holster has many pros and cons.
....it fits my We hi capa 5.1 alpha perfect and snug.
....The thumb release is adjustable from both sides, letting me but it right over the outter end so it can pop it with my trigger finger and draw my pistol no problem
....It's a hollow end allowing for a silencer to slide through, and big enough to fit a small laser pointer or even flashlight.
....Has room for two mags, even the thick double stack we hi capa mags still have some room left over.
....The two belt attachments make it less loose, as well as stay on the side of your leg better. My old one belt attachment holster would twist to the front of my thigh when crawling, back of my thigh when knelt on the opposite knee, and would flop all over the place when running.
....The holster section is a wide surface area. This helps keep it secure, and the larger surface space doesn't dig into your leg nearly as much.
....The buckles don't fit together perfectly. They hold snug, however there is a slight rattle in them. Personal pet peve since i'm a sniper and get a lot of pistol/knife kills that require complete silence to get that close.
....The soft shell design wraps around your leg. This means that the slot for the mags/pistol are pulled closed. So while there is no problem drawing your pistol/pulling mags, putting them back in requires you to reach down, open the holster with one hand, and put the pistol in it with another.
....The buckles don't bite into the straps enough, meaning when you tighten the straps, they quickly become loose. If you are handy with a stitch, I recommend just stitching the strap together so it has no where to slide, cut off the excess strap, then use a lighter to melt the cut end so it doesn't fray.
....The mag slots are also hallow. This doesn't pose a problem for We hi capa mags since they have the rubber lip on the end so they don't fall through. However single stack mags with no major lip on the end (mainly the sides) might slide right through the holster onto the ground.
The biggest thing I wish would be improved on this, is that the inside of the holster be sewn differently. I think they should've sewn the layer against the thigh, then made the holster kind of a loose open pouch worth of material. Instead both the interior and exterior layers hug each other tight, meaning you have to hold it open to get anything in. It would've been nice if holstering a pistol was just as easy as drawing it. Good product, enjoy it more then my last holster, but needs improvement.
