The Patent Pending Daniel Defense Omega Rail??system is the most exciting rail system to hit the market in years! The Omega Rail??is a free float rail system that allows the individual operator to easily install it with the provided Allen Key and requires ZERO modification to the weapon! The Omega Rail??features an integral QD sling swivel mount, with rotation limiter, and an uninterrupted upper rail platform. This light weight rail system is meticulously CNC machined from Aircraft Grade Aluminum and is Military Specification Type III Hard Coat Anodized. All the Omega Rail fasteners are military specification.

Great rail system! Truly "no modification needed" to the D-Ring like some other FF RIS systems.

Put these on my KWA M4 and made it look amazing.

Anyway...

Pros:
--True Free float system. NO modification needed to D-ring or front sight post (unless you need more space for the rails in the case that you get these ones for an m4 length gun)

--ZERO WOBBLE

--Awesome trademarks

--Numbers on the rails showing how far apart they are. (Very cool)

--Got mine on sale (85$!!!)

--Simple to install (Not easy, simple :) Only requires 1 allen wrench an 1 flat head screwdriver.

Cons:

--Didnt come with instructions (Box said "Use instruction manual" lol)
It was fine. Took like 20 mins to install. Very easy to figure out. there was only 10 screws.

-Pricy $$$ The Matrix rail systems are half the price. But if you have the money and want the best rails on the market, GET THESE.

-- Installing was meticulous. Some of the screws were very hard to get in because of the weird angle you have to screw them in with.

Besides the minor cons, this is THE BEST rail system ive ever had.

*NOTE* If you are getting this for an m4, you will have to remove the front sight post in order for this to fit. (Pop the 2 pins out from underneath it) If you have an m16 length gun, you are fine.

K first things first, the install only took me about 15mins. The box DID NOT come with instructions (youtube.com) but i eventually got it in snug and secure. I LOVE THIS RAIL SYSTEM! it made my G&G GR-16 look absolutely amazing. There was a slight slight wobble between the rails and my upper receiver, but i simply moved my rear sights (carrying handle) one space closer to the front end of the gun and it locked the two parts in perfectly together. The sling points in the rails add a optional area to add a sling adapter, very convenient. THIS WAS A MUST BUY FOR ME, and im soo glad i finally have it on my gun. :) I got these rails for last Christmas (LOVE MY FIANCE!) and they've been great! Daniel Defense really makes the best of the best! Get these!
