Planning your high speed upgrade:		High speed upgrade in Airsoft means "high rate of fire" = LOTS OF ROUNDS per second. It has nothing to do with how hard the bb are shooting. As high speed gear or motor doesn't alter the muzzle velocity. The below tips are information for your reference. Some issues such as feeding, shimming your gears perfectly and setup can vary depending on your AEG model and manufacture. High speed upgrade are for very experienced Airsoft players that can replace gears, pistons and other parts understanding "what's wear and tear". To increase the rate of fire on your Airsoft guns, there are a few ways. 1) Get a battery with higher voltage (v) or capacity (Mah). 9.6V is most recommended for high performance AEG. Note that if your battery exceeds 9.6V (10.8V or 12V) you are pushing the motor. Don't ever go over 12V. 2) Install a high speed / turbo motor. 3) Install a high speed gear set. It is recommended to use M100 spring or lower for high speed setup. The Matrix Turbo motor can probably handle up to M120. Combining the above options can result super high rate of fire. However, having super rate of fire will result other issues such as gear stripping or your magazine not feeding fast enough. Having a smooth high speed AEG will require some trial and error. Here we recommend maybe just the motor and a better battery as it is the most direct way. The Matrix turbo motor is a great motor for those that wants to concentrate on building high rate of fire on your AEG. A super high rate of fire gun is much more effective than a high power sniper in a CQB environment. If your rate of fire is slow, you can miss your target if it is running by. High speed upgrade are for experienced players only. Wear and tear rate will be much higher when the rate of fire is increased, especially when the gear sets are not shimmed perfectly. (Most stock AEG are NOT shimmed.) The Matrix turbo motor have a much higher torque than the Guarder turbo motor, even stronger than the Systema one. (The magnet strength is much stronger, probably the only turbo motor that can run up to a M120 spring.) However, due to the super high performance, having a motor plate with air vitalization is recommended. The motor is anti-heat treated and can stand high heat in high speed operation, it will get warm faster than standard motors if fired continuously. The Matrix Turbo motor is a super high speed super performance motor. A very recommended upgrade for Tokyo Marui, Classic Army, JG, Echo 1 and other Chinese A.E.G. owners using a "stock" motor that wants a higher rate of fire.

Awesome high-speed motor. If you're looking for ROF, this is your choice. Is a little loud, but that doesn't matter too much. High quality and super fast, but does heat up quick. It can handle the heat, though.

If i only had 1 word 2 say about this motor, it would b AWSOME! I put this motor in my echo1 scar-L tan and it increased my ROF 250%! B4 i bought this motor, ppl used to make fun of me because of how slow my gun shot. Now there running away and scream after i waste a whole midcap into them in a matter of seconds. This is probably the best possibly motor ever!

This is a great motor for high speed applications. I had it paired with a AIM Top Tornado Speed gearbox in an M16 and was achieving around 25 rounds per second with a 9.6v large type. You will want two things with it though: first you'll want a vented motor plate because this motor gets pretty hot (to be expected). second, as everyone else says you will definitely want a different pinion gear. I wouldn't even fool with the stock one as it will strip. I must say though the motor magnets are so strong that when it does the metal shreds will go down and stick to the motor (not all of them, but alot of the shreds). Personally, I was flanking a team with a friend and this stripped right as our postions were compromised which left us totally screwed. Other than the pinion gear its great though.
