I purchased this here at Evike since every other store was based overseas and had this holster priced at about $50+ with shipping, it cost about $21 here with a coupon code and Evike's super saver shipping.
The quality is pretty good. The outside of the holster has a Kydex like texture to it, but the inside is more of a smooth polymer. It feels durable either way. The rivets and screws are metal are an Allen type head. The screws are a little odd, since they are a little off in the dimensions and requires you to find the closest sized key and kinda widen the screw head.
The holster holds my Well MP7 pretty nicely, there is a little wobble but not enough to knock the gun out of the holster. It sits pretty high on the MP7 so it will move as you run. I am yet to try it in a game and see how much it moves.
I wouldn't suggest using and heavy accessories like scopes or the 40 extended mags for this, it makes it too awkward to move with. Stick with the short 20 rounders and maybe an Aimpoint T1 or Z-Point styled scope.
