This is a very good scope. For those wondering, it is not a RDS/GDS it is indeed the crosshair reticle that glows red or green, or just black when off. The red or green glow sticks to the crosshairs really well and does not glow too much.
The battery is located inside the brightness adjuster knob. To unscrew it, you hold the knob and screw the top of it off.
There is no instruction manual with it. It may be a bit blurry when you first get it, but it is SIMPLE to adjust. On the larger lens' side (ocular lens), you twist the part on the end, and it will adjust the clarity. The other side has a twist thing to but it is just a cap that screws off.
The scope came with a microfiber cleaning cloth, 90* hex key for fastening the scope to your rails system and a dual scope lens cover that is connected with that bungee cable stuff. The best part is, the lens covers are clear so you can leave em on while you play and protect your lens from BB's. The ocular lens cap is tinted light yellow. I am guessing for UVA/UVB protection for the eye you are sighting with.
Overall this is a great full metal scope that is definitely worth it. | |
