Matrix Custom High Performance 9.6V NiMh 2200mAh AK Stick Airsoft AEG Battery
This 340mm long battery pack is the highest capacity NiMh pack that will fit into your AK74U series Airsoft AEG. The battery pack extends into the upper hand guarder of the AK allowing shooters to utilize a more powerful battery pack.

For VFC / KART / CYMA / Dboy and other compatible AK Series Airsoft AEG.
(This will fit a VFC / Boyi UN Style AK because the battery can extend into the hand guard area that is empty.) If you have a Tokyo Marui or other AK models that will not allow a 340mm long stick battery, modification will be required to fit.)

Wow, this thing barely fits inside my Echo1 Vmg, absolutely no room to spare. I even have to remove the receiver cover latch every time I insert or remove the battery ( you can put it back in after the battery is in). Anyway, the good thing is that it fits so it should fit any AK as long as the gas tube is hollow. It indeed has the fire rate of a 9.6v and it lasts me all day. The only negative I can think of is that it adds alittle more weight to my AK. I also haven't had the battery that long so I can say anything about its life-span yet.
