I have been eying this kit for a very long time, and finally made the trip to the Evike store to pick it up. The kit is very well made, durable parts, nice feel to it. My only complaint is the front sight (the kit doesn't come with one). I know most all ak's have metal front sights, but I've seen many that have ruined threads, chipping paint, etc. I wish this kit came with a decent front sight to put on the gun. If you have never taken apart the AK before, Watch a break down multiple times before going to this, because it doesn't come with any instructions. They could have also made a path for your electrical wires to get out of the gun somehow, you'll have to be creative with that. Overall though, excellent system. | |
