I got this metal body for my M4 ground up build. When I got it, I assumed it would have a mag release and fire selector, but it didn't. When you buy this, it is JUST a metal body and has no functional parts required to have a working gun. The hop up is technically functional but I didn't use it because I just got a new hop up. Also, my body was missing the forward assist, which is okay because again, it has no functional use. If you are to use this as an upgrade, it's an amazing body. It's very sturdy and it's easy to swap out the upper receiver if you want to get a longer or shorter barrel. It has a really nice hole in the back for rear wiring and has really cool markings. This one has a skull frog on one side of the magwell, and on the other side, it says "we let god judge our enemies. we just set up the meeting". The fire selector is also labeled. Even though it is painted on, you can feel it when you run your fingers over it, so it's a pretty thick layer of paint. It shouldn't wear out anytime soon. The other person was talking about the fake bolt, but I have not had that problem yet. However, after I get the fake bolt on, I can't get it to pull back the metal hop up cover inside the dust cover because the body is too tight.
