Description :
The RAS rail system on firearms is fixed to the upper receiver and indexed by the gas tube. The handguard rail is not always securely locked onto the upper receiver. If not properly secured the handguard rail may twist applying pressure on the weak point of the gas tube. The MAX Tactical RAS Fixed Version II Scope Riser Mount solves this problem by locking the handguard rail and upper receiver together, just like a bridge. This can also be used as a scope riser.
