i brought this piston head with "ICS Aluminum Piston for Extreme Upgrade" (from Evike.com :D)
the rubber piece seemed like 1mm smaller then form the one that i had, so i just swapped it, other then that looks realllllly nice just like other guy sad increases performance ... well its better that it wont brake with m150 spring for sure..

This is a nice looking head. O ring is suppose to have some kind of special quality. But truth is all I can say is I put it in my G&G UMP along with nothing else. I went from 310fps to 330-335 fps. Again all I did was change out the head.
