I bought these motor connectors because my stock motor connectors were weak and broke into two. At first, these motor connectors are really tight and barely fit onto the motor tabs. After leaving them on the motor tabs for some time, they loosen up and fit very well (not loose and not too tight). Overall, they work great, although I don't see the reason for gold plating. Gold isn't a better conductor than tin or silver, also it does reduce the chance of corrosion.
Pros:
Very sturdy (reduces chance of them snapping)
