Submited By: john f. on 05/31/2013 I've had this motor for a couple of months now, and am pretty impressed. While it doesn't quite have the torque of the Lonex motors, it is a bit quicker. Testing back to back with a Lonex A3, this motor was 3 RPS faster with a M100 spring, and about the same with a M120. Considering it is $10 cheaper than the Lonex, if you're looking for a fast motor for an M120 or lower spring, this would be the better choice.
On the other hand, there seems to be a lot of quality control issues with the AIM Top motors, so that might be a consideration.
PROS: super high speed, relatively efficient, quiet
CONS: low torque, sketchy QC | |
