I switched from my old bearing spring guide to this one because I'm planning on installing a 400% spring and I didn't want any busted bearings ruining my gearbox. It works great and it comes in a nice gold-looking finish with a poly bearing so it still does relieve some stress. I'd recommend installing this if you are using any Systema spring or any spring over an M130.
