APS Full Size UAR Urban Assault Rifle Airsoft AEG w/ Metal Gear Box - Dark Earth
The new V.2 UAR now features rear wiring to store a much larger battery in the stock and a thicker and larger removable butt plate to extend the battery storage compartment allowing use of a wider range of batteries.
Another improvement made to the V.2 UAR is a modified magazine well to expand magazine compatibility to a greater number of high cap and mid cap magazines as well as an improved and more ergonomic magazine release.
Finally the gearbox has been improved upon for more consistent feeding and cycling during rapid fire thanks to the newly revised air nozzle as well as proper reinforcement to allow the gun to run smoothly on LiPo batteries.Features:Three Magazine Release button
Unlike the traditional SMG, the UAR has three magazine release buttons. Two buttons are located at the front part of the gun parallel to each other and the other button located next to the magazine housing at the back. Three magazine release buttons allow users to release the magazine in different tactical situation. Mirror design for both left and right handed users
Magazine Release button is located on both the left and right sides of the gun. The cocking handle has quick detach function allowing users to place the handle on either left or right. Users can operate this gun easily no matter if they are left handed or right handed. Adjustable Hop Up and functional bolt release catch
Similar to APS ASR Series, the bolt can be locked backward which allows the user to adjust the Hop Up easily. After adjustment, users can simply press down the bolt release button located on the top of the butt stock to release the bolt back to its original position. Tactical Rail
The UAR standard comes with 4 side rails. The top and side rails allows players to add lights, scopes, red dots and much more Unique appearance
The UAR comes equipped with a dynamic trigger, ergonomic pistol grip with room to place two 123A batteries. A modified magazine housing allows a user to perform fast reloads without any trouble. The design of the bigger trigger guard is also extremely helpful when a player is wearing gloves. V3 Gearbox
The UAR uses APS V3 Hybrid gearbox. With its bullpup design, the UAR is a medium size CQC airsoft gun with a long 385mm inner barrel. Easy Assembling and dissembling
One of the greatest features of the UAR is it's special design where no tools are required when assembling and dissembling. A user can simply disassemble the gun by removing 3 main pins on the lower receiver. The unused main pin can be inserted on the top rail. No tools are required and users can reassemble the UAR in less than 60 seconds. Hop Up Chamber
For the internals APS has equipped the UAR with a genuine hop up chamber, which is rarely found in other AEGs. The standard velocity of the UAR is 350 FPS which is easily upgradable by changing the main spring. The main spring can easily be changed with the UAR's quick detach feature found on the hybrid gearboxLength:

"Received in about 5 days. Which is awesome.
- looks cool
-easy to take apart
-quick change spring
-accuracy inconsistency if your an outdoor air softer
-not much for battery room. Id recommend a 7.4 Lipo.
- plastic isn't magpul acr quality( it seems an ok plastic)
- gearbox has a little play. Tilts forward and back and I'm not sure if it effects the performance as far as air seal and such.
- the short magazine won't stay in the magwell. I can easily force it out. Gg mags and the long mag it comes with stays in.
I think it's worth it. Just will need to put some upgrades.
I'm putting a smp into so most of the issues won't matter. The battery required to make it function is about the size of a tic tac container.
"I bought this gun about two weeks ago. The gun is clearly back heavy, but thats to be expected from a bullpup designed gun so don't be surprised. The weight is fine when shouldered. The biggest complaint that I have is it's battery situation. Many videos show it using a stick type battery that is inserted below the top rail, this is not the case. The battery compartment is in the stock and it is tiny. My small type, 8.4v battery bairly fits and any stick type won't at all. I don't have any concerns with it's construction so far, nothing broke out of the box. I also haven't gotten the chance to shoot it yet, but other video reviews show it holding up pretty well. Overall, pretty good gun for the price.
- Two hi-cap mags included (each holds 150 rounds)
- Upgrade spring is a bonus as well. A spring for CQB and one for outdoor play.
- Bullpup design offers longer inner barrle than my m4 for a smaller profile.
- Accepts standard m4 mags. No need to buy new ones if your transfering from an m4 platform like me.
- Small battery compartment in the STOCK. Can't fit anything larger than an 8.4v small type for size comparison. This is my biggest critique
- Back heavy (not a huge deal).
I like the gun. It offers a lot for the price. I was disappointed by the battery situation because I bought a stick type for this gun that is now useless. The space is there but it is wired through the back now. This left a bitter taste in my mouth, oh well. I haven't shot it yet, so I'll post a second review once I see how it performs in a game.
"This gun is awesome.
-Very easy to hold and aim
-Good trigger system
-Compatible with M4 mags
-Battery runs out quickly, especially on full auto
-Not enough battery space
