This shortened FAL carbine from King Arms is a detailed replica of its real world counter part. The shorter stock provides a firm shoulder and cheek weld, while the shorter barrel allows for increased maneuverability and speed in cramped quarters. The receiver is made from high strength aluminum and not softer metals like zinc, found on lesser quality guns. The front and rear sight are fully adjustable for windage and elevation, and the charging handle moves the bolt rearwards, exposing the adjustable hop-up. The long stroke gas piston system of the real FAL is recreated in the front of this AEG, adjustable on the real rifle for firing under harsh enviromental and dirty conditions. Although it serves no functional purpose on this airsoft rifle, it is a testament to the attention to detail King Arms has invested into making this solidly built gun more than just a common AEG. The stock is able to house a large 8.4V battery for extended shootability, and features a realistic (no winding wheel at the bottom, no trap doors, no rattling when loaded) aluminum box magazine to feed your rifle.
